How did a kid from the town of Doncaster, end up going from Disney to being a voice of a generation?
By speaking his mind and saying fuck you to the world. living life his way, Speaking the truth and speaking from the heart about issues others are scared to confront, has landed him a huge ever growing following. 'The black hearts club' have flooded to the beacon that is yungblud because they can relate, they feel less alone and feel a part of family where everyone is free to be themselves, free of judgment and free from the world.
the music is like a mirror allowing you to look back into yourself,helping to confront and become okay with those things you dislike or what others have criticised. Yungblud's music gives the BHC the confidence to be themselves and express their self in ways society says is wrong by giving them a platform to stand on and be unapologetically their self.
Yungblud has an impact on my life because I been through a lot in the past with being bullied for who I am and the way I dress, he helped me become someone better. Now I can be who I wanna be without caring what people think about me.
EMOTION recently spoke to Alana. at just the age of 13 she has found power through THE BHC AND YUNGBLUD, TO OVER COME BEING BULLIED FOR THE WAY SHE DRESSES TO NOW BEING unapologetically HERSELF DRESSING HOW SHE WANTS TO, FOR NOBODY ELSE BUT HERSELF.
HERE'S WHAT ALANA HAS TO SAY;
Hi I’m Alana and I’m 13 years old I have ADHD, depression, and bi polar. I am antisocial so I don’t have many friends and that’s why I have struggled through school. I have been picked on since I started but here’s how Yungblud has an impact on me.
Yungblud has an impact on my life because I HAVE been through a lot in the past with being bullied for who I am and the way I dress. he helped me become someone better. Now I can be who I wanna be without caring what people think about me. YUNGBLUD gave me the courage to be me without fear of rejection because I know there is the black hearts club filled with people like me. He deserves so much love and I hope he stays the person he is or better because he has a big impact on so many people including myself.
I think what speaks to me most about his music is that be who you wanna be don’t let anyone take your confidence away to make them feel better about themselves. His speeches and music has made a big difference in my life and I probably wouldn’t be the person I am today if it wasn’t for Yungblud.
Being a member of the BHC makes me feel like I’m not alone, like I can relate to people in different ways and it made me realise I’m not by myself in the world, there’s other people around me in all different situations like me.
I think what’s most important about his music is he speaks about what he and his fans have been through in the past, and I think we need that! For some people who think they're alone or they think they may have it really rough, they need someone to relate to and the black Hearts club is there.
I feel like some music can help you in all different ways some music speaks to you and others don’t, some music helps you love yourself and others tear you down into a million pieces, mental heath is something that Isn’t always easy you can have really amazing days then other days your gloomy and don’t wanna get out of bed or socialize with people.
I do think there is hope for the underrated youth as long as YUNGBLUD continues to fight for his followers!
